نظریۂ ضرورت یا آئین کی بالادستی
کچھ نظریات ایسے بھی ہیں، جن کا زور اس بات پر ہے کہ عمران خان کی حکومت کو مدت پوری کرنے کا موقع دیا جائے۔
دلیل یہ دی جاتی ہے کہ یوں لوگوں کا تبدیلی کا شوق پورا ہو جائے۔
ایک اور دلیل یہ ہے، اور یہ سادہ لوح لوگوں کی طرف سے ہے، کہ حکومت کے لیے مدت پوری کرنا ضروری ہے، اور آئین کا تقاضا بھی ہے۔
یعنی حامی اور مخالف دونوں جانب سے مختلف طرح کی دلیلیں موجود ہیں، اس نظریے کے حق میں۔
مگر سوال یہ ہے کہ کسی غیرآئینی حکومت کو کیوں قبول کیا جائے، مدت پوری کرنے کی بات تو علاحدہ رہی۔
جو لوگ پاکستان کی عدلیہ کو نظریۂ ضرورت کا طعنہ دیتےہیں، تو کیا یہ لوگ خود نظریۂ ضرورت کے حامی نہیں بنے ہوئے۔ یعنی وہ بھی نہ صرف ایک غیرآئینی حکومت کو قبول کر رہے ہیں، بلکہ چاہتے ہیں کہ یہ مدت
